Meet Katia

Katia Palmieri has been involved with holistic healing since 1985. Very quickly her interest grew … often attending yoga classes and meditation workshops. These interests inspired Katia to acquire her Reiki Master Certificate soon followed by Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Thai Stem Massage, Hot Stone and her Registered Massage Therapy Certificate. While building her practice, Katia also became interested in the “Yoga Teacher Studies Program” at Sheridan College. Katia is now studying Iridology, the science and practice that may reveal inflammation, weaknesses, and strengths, all read through the iris of the eyes.

Katia completed her massage therapy training at the Ontario College of Health and Technology. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMATO).
